Help! Alpinestars gurus: seatpost clamp?

This question goes out to the Alpinestars guru's out there.

I have a 1994 (I think) Alpinestars D900 aluminum frame. Pre-cursor to the AL-Mega I think. Anywho, the frame came without a seatpost clamp and I'm looking for a replacement.

So the $64,000 question: What size seatpost clamp do I need?

I know the seatpost size is 31.6. I don't know what clamp size I need.

Help!!!

thanks, Ranier

OK, old banger here suggested I try a 34.9 clamp.

Luckily I keep take-offs from my bikes. Digged into the parts bin for that clamp I knew I had from my Stumpy. Found it and tested it out. It fits!

So anyone else wondering - a 1994/95(???) Alpinestars D900 aluminum e-stay frame takes a 34.9 seat post clamp / 31.6 seat post

The seat post is burly and looks like it would give a harsh ride. I'm thinking of getting a shim so I can run a normal 27.2 post. I also dug up an old stem, bar ends, grips, fork and wheel set to test fit to the chassis. Fork is not final, gotta find something suitable.

Arnent they 1997 stickers?!

Dunno Rampage ???

It was sold to me as a 1995, just a guess from the seller and I tend to agree. I've tried to narrow down the year online.
