Usually a good day out, weather permitting. Don't let the title or distance scare you. It's not an easy ride, but a little training before hand and the halfway cake stop will see you round

Get your entry in early as it books up pretty quick.

I'll probably be riding it retro, but don't hold me to that

Easier if you've done a bit of riding prior to the event.

As for the retro option, well seeing as the only mountain bike I own is my 96 Pine Mountain, looks like I will be fairly retro!!
