Have these Tange forks any value?

I’ve a pair of Tange Precision Butted Cro-Mo forks from a damaged Shwinn Paramount frame. From 1991.
They are a nice shapes fork with a nice thick curved leg down to the drop out.
What value would you say they are?

I'm not sure of value, but if the steerer is reasonably long then I would be interested.

Also interested to know what the damage to the frame is.
