Harry Quinn track bike

Need to replace quite a few bits on this, like the front 650c wheel and carbon seatpost and seat with more late 80s early 90s components. Previous owner claimed he had bought the frame off of Colin Sturgess in 1995. It Came with two different folks (one straight and one curvy) as was requested by Colin supposedly. Its made from Coloumbus EL (Extra Leggeri - Extra Light) tubing, with reinforcing fillets at the head tube, bottom braket and seat tube.
