Guess what brand is this frame

Old School Hero
I picked up this frame recently. The owner said it was a Fat Chance titanium frame. The cable routing are wrong for this. I don't believe that is what it is. I have since sand-blasted a (spray can) paint job. Reviewed the a beautiful grey color.
What I know is that this is a Sandvik made titanium frame. This has stumped some fb groups already. Anybody has any suggestions what the brand is?

Interesting. Similar to a Dean Colonel but the cable stops are wrong. The stops remind me of a Rocky Mountain more than anything, but TST made the Ti-bolt, maybe a TST prototype for Rocky, strange it doesn't have a serial.

Looks like Rocky Mountain right enough. Gets confusing when so many brands used third party makers for Ti frames. Rear dropout areas look very RM.

The mono stay rms were made by litespeed.
The bi-stay rms were made by sandvik. Correct on the drops were the same.
Deans were bi-stays.
All the cable routing on this frame are in the left side. I myself, don't remember any ti frames that did this. I hoping the larger community would remember/ know.

Muddy fox were known for their mono stays and did do a ti frame. No idea if they retained the mono stay design for that though.
