Great tool, great job!
How did you restrain the frame - your feet and protection underneath the frame?
My colleague put one foot in the front triangle, one in the rear triangle, then held the toptube and seat cluster, giving 4 reasonably soft contact points.

The forces involved would have broken the frame if we'd clamped it by a tube or bb in the stand

Did anyone expect anything else?

Still prefer fire. 🤪
I am also a big fan of combustion, but
the frame is burnier than the seatpost🤣

I do wonder about hydraulic solutions - massive smooth force application or smaller shock inputs 🤔
 
Massive shock input was needed here. the smooth force would have broken whatever the equal and opposite end was attached to on the frame
