Hi all,

i am after a GT Zaskar frame from 1995 ish. Any idea how much i should expect to pay for one? :shock:

Anything from £80 to £200. Depends how well listed on Ebay for example.

Also depends if frame only or complete bike

Frames can fetch up to £120ish for a mint example. Complete bikes, depending on spec, up to £400ish.

On average though, from what I have seen recently, complete bikes tend to be in the £200/250 mark and frames £60/80

I'm after 1 too of the same age, Around 94-97. I had a 95 from new and got rid a few years ago. Now regret it. There are a couple for sale on here at the moment but 1 has seen some action and the other is NZ. Ah well just gonna keep looking. Can anyone tell me what year they stopped making them in the usa and move to far east?

its pretty mental the price of zaskars on the bay, some days they bring peanuts and some go for well over the odds. just watch them all and bid like hell in the last minute on the cheap ones

The price varies a ton on dent and dings in the frame also. Not uncommon for people to pay up to $400 for a mint frame off a garage queen bike that's only been ridden a few hundred miles. If you pay 60-80 quid you might be short a hanger and it's likely to have dents then figure another 80 quid of your time and materials to make it look like anything. Fred what size you after. I have a 97 and 99 right now but I think both are 18's and I have an 18 ball burnished from 1991 arriving in the morning.
