GT Zaskar LE 1996

Finally bought me an old Zaskar from marktplaats (dutch Ebay).....after two days of alupaste, degreasing chaines and coggs....she's finally (almost) ready

Planned upgrades: email me if you've got any stuff that need to get rid off.....
- Syncros seatpost 27.0
- Syncros ahead stem black 1 1/8
- Ritchey carbon fork
- Chris King / DT hugi / Ringle or other decent wheelset for V-brakes

Looking good!

I'm building up an identical frame (18" I'm guessing?) but have yet to get busy with the polish as I've still a few components to source.

Did you leave the original decals in place or get new ones?

It's still the original stickers. Too bad they're worn out
But he, she' rides still as good

And still looking for a black seatpost, 27.0 (preferred Syncros)
black stem, ahead, syncros as well!

Aah, judging your location it was you who 'beat me to it' on this beauty...
I was ready to provide it shelter amongst the rest of my humble collection .

Weren't the Magura Racelines any good anymore or don't you like 'em in general?
