GT Zaskar LE 1996 help

Got an old Zaskar frame thats been sat in the garage for approx 8 years+

Got knocked off it on the road in may 2002 and although not obviously physically damaged, its knocked the rear triangle out of whack and bent both wheels badly. :x

I'd love to build it up again and use it.

Can it be straightened out without weakening it further, or is it consigned forever to the garage wall? :?

It will depend on the extend of the damage and whether you can get access to a jig to straighten it. Can you paste some pictures?

To be honest the damage isnt obvious until you put a wheel in and then you can see its out of true.

In that case, if you have a decent bike shop in your area, they should be able to true it up for you.
