Hi! Yeah where the two seat stays meet to form the triple triangle, please make sure you check everything with a fine fine tooth comb it’s pretty gutting if you find something like this too late
I did a pretty thorough inspection--including the areas you mentioned. This isn't the first project in the queue, but I'll definitely notice when I break it down and polish before building to spec. It's a nice piece of machinery!
So I have a 1995 model. The I’m believing takes a 27.2 seatpost but it pretty tight in there... I was thinking perhaps a 27.0 would be better... any suggestions?
