Gt RTS rear brake set up

Hi all,

Had a bash at setting up my rear brake on my 93 rts 1(with the cable roller)
am not 100% crertian its correct but it works!

any help would be great, thanks Dave.

i think you might have too many loops around the rollers dave. suspect it might bind up?

the magazine photo in this thread looks to be like the cables simply side past the roller once, on one side.

that little brass crimp you have looks perfect!

it looks all wrong compared to the link you posted.
i thought it may need to loop around because i wasn't convinced it would work if it just passed the roller(not enough friction?)

but aside from that it looks like i chewed the ends off the cables!!

the brass clamp is from an electrical cable clamp from all good diy stores!

I binned the rocker on my RTS and opted for the Maguras.
