GT Corrado

Retro Newbie
Hello, I am new to this forum and wonder if anyone can provide me with a little bit of advice. I have a 1993/4 GT Corrado that I inherited from my brother when he moved out to NZ about 7 years ago. I am looking at selling the bike as I do not have the space to store it along with the rest of the family bikes. A local bike shop has offered to sell the bike for me but I have no idea what the bike is worth. The bike is in good overall condition, I did a 24 mile ride on it on New Years day in the Brecon Beacons. It has some scratches and marks that you would expect from a bike of this age, it has all the origional gearing, brakes, handle bars and wheels, the only things I have changed have been the tyres and saddle. Any indication of what I should be asking for the bike would be greatfully recieved. Many thanks for your time, Jon

First of all if you want a valuation it needs to be posted in this thread:

It's a sticky thread on the main chat page. it might take a while to get an answer but that's the way to do it.

What might also be a good idea is to do a search for other GT corrado's that have been on the site to see if any have been sold.

Have a look at the original catalogue in the catalogue archive (link at top of the page). That may also help you.

Once you've got a price and some decent pics together put it in the sale section with a price. If its a bit steep it won't sell but if you are realistic and it's in reasonable nick with an honest full description it'll sell fairly soon - be prepared to post it though (don't scrimp on the packaging!)

And welcome to the site!
