If the FD is 1" what size is the seatpost then?

The mech is 28.6 and post is 29.4. I said 1" instead of standard steel size. Probably my bad

I love all Gary Turners. But the post being bigger than the FD clamp still somehow don't add up in my head. Is the seat tube wider at the top on this frame or is it me goin insane...

Hhmmm......what sort of things would you be looking for? I have forks, frames, wheels, random "stuff" pre and post 97, more post 97 than pre I would think.
