I know there are quite a few folks who appreciate Grove frames on Retrobike. Here are some pics of my old grove team frame I recently built up after years in the basement. It's not a retro build, but the frame has a neat story. It was the prize for first place at the tussey mountain bike race in central Pennsylvania around 1994. The winner didn't need it and sold the frame to my brother for 300 $, who later gave it to me. After about 7 years of hard use in central PA, it ended up in the basement. I recently came to my senses and decided to use it again as my main mtb; it's a superb ride, even with the taller 80mm fork. If you look closely, you can see signatures from the grove folks on the bottom of the downtube....
