It was your bike that persuaded me to buy the Grisley for I Google searched for Grisley Glacier and your photos came up. I may not have bought the bike if I hadn't seen your bike. The Grisley lay for months in my local bike shop and nobody wanted it for it was seen as being old fashioned.
So another Grisley is on the road all because of those photos you posted. I didn't have a front hanger for cantilever brakes so it had to be V brakes and i had to change the ones supplied for Shimano Aceras. They are not flash so suit the bike. I do hope you like it. It rides very well especially now the headset has been serviced. It cost me £200 and I spent another £200 getting it to the state it is in now. I have quite a unique bike.
