Off out on a training ride on Sunday AM, if any one is intersted 9.15 from Littlehampton 2.30/3 hours

Went on another training London to Brighton ride again. Bloody aweful!!! Every hill nearly killed me. Ditchling Beacon was just impossible. Even walking it was devastatingly hard

Total time 4.30 :roll: Just before Xmas I did it in just under 4.00, and cycled all the way up Ditchling Beacon non stop....

I think the Xmas excess has taken its toll somewhat.

Having serious concerns about HoTA now

Did 40 miles on the road then this happened, whilst stationaly some one drove in the back of me.

Glad you're OK!

Gonna take more a quick tweak with a spoke key to get that running true.

I guess the Slingshot structure probably has a benefit "resisting" that type of fore/aft impact.

that and the back end is built like a brick outhouse, think I will take it into the bike shop and ask them to true it just for a laugh
