Girvin tube spacer from 1" to 1.1/8" fit

I think that's what I'm after, I've got hold of some Girvins
They have a one inch threadless tube.
I need them to fit a 1.1/8"
Can anyone help me out please.

Get two top hats/spacers turned like I did to convert ALL of my Girvins to 1&1/8"

There must be, but the only ones I can remember were 1&1/2" and 1&1/4" to convert to 1&1/8"

That's a bit of a pain in the ass if I can't get these Girvins to fit.
