Giant MPH/Hope C2 caliper piston removal

Hi guys, I'm in the process of replacing seals for a (left/front) brake of the MPH 'brand' (C2 clone, caliper is almost identical). I got the MC and lever both done but am struggling with the caliper pistons. After a ton of effort I got one as unscrewed as it can get, but am unable to completely take it out. I have already tried pumping in air with both a bicycle pump and our syringe while sealing off the hole in the caliper half but that archieved nothing.

The brake (obviopusly) is empty and disassembled, what is the easiest course to take (without having to buy or rent an air compressor)?

Did you try rotating the piston while applying air pressure at the same time? My pistons twice got stuck at a certain point and this helped. Got the idea from this video

What I ended up doing is I took my bicycle pump, yanked off the attachment and slipped the end of the hose over the banjo-bolt on the end of the brake-line (very tight fit, perfect!).
One pump (while blocking the hole on the caliper to build up the pressure) was all I needed to pop the seal (and effectively ejecting the piston from the caliper, tip: aim the caliper into a box or corner so that the piston doesn't end up being launched potentially hurting or breaking this).
