Giant build for a big bloke (6 ft 5in).

Well here it is...

Frame weighs 5 lbs.

I'm going to need everything you can't see in the pic.
I'll start tonight by getting some tyres on the rims.

JT.

That's looking very smart

^^^ make that 2 or 3 of each thing, hanging around this site you'll have enough bits to build atleast 2 more bike by the time you finish this one

Update on progress.
Over the weekend I got the forks on properly and put some Conti 2.2 race king tyres onto the rims.

Then had much fun perching on the frame and scooting down the hill outside the house to ahem... 'Test it'.

Very silly, but necessary I thought.

I think that I might enjoy this mountain bike lark .

Like Topsy... It just growed!

Not the best picture but it gives the general idea.

12 points out of 10 if you noticed that I fitted the rear tyre the wrong way round!

Edit... Slightly better picture posted

Jerry.

How is it staying upright (I've even looked for shadows...)?

Are you just Using The Force to keep it upright?

edit: I've just spotted it, just under the seat tube / stays join.

I have that frame too although there are no parts on it now  :D
Before and after shots when it was in use.

Should clean up ok, £27 posted?. Not got round to putting it on ebay yet but might well end up cheaper there, I'm no expert on this modern stuff!!
