The reason for the cheap price is quite simple as much as bike runs great it's not a looker from a collectors point of view.
Frame was very lousy sprayed over in some places with black and silver where the chrome was, original Cinelli leather finish on the handlebars was patched up with black tape. Saddle is torn at places.
Rather then that bikes rides beautifully so I reckon it makes a nice commuter. Not to flashy but amazing ride. It does need some maintenance like changing the cables regressing bottom bracket and possibly pedals.
