Keep twisting it to and fro. It might hurt a bit. Eventually it will twist off as the blood supply diminishes.
May take weeks, it's not a one nighter, but you can play at it while watching TV

I used a little piece of duct tape on a wart and not only did it cure that wart, a couple of other ones I didn't know that were warts, also got cured. I held the duct tape in place with a plaster, and changed both often, and kept the treatment going for a few weeks.

I had many Plantar Warts on my heel 25 years ago, to the extreme I had to buy a shoe size bigger. I tried everything the doctor gave me including this extreme acid from a vintage chemist the only this that got rid of them was the duct tape. You need to keep them covered at all times for a few weeks. @Zullo
