getting old

i must admit after seeing scooterdude's vid of re-pack in the 35 year anniversary thing , i'm feeling a bit of a wus
so i cleared the big log drop on one of my local trails today .4 times , thought it was best to quit whilst still ahead
had a nice looking lady smile at me in morrisons this avo too
yay
still got it

Yeah I just found out my 80mm Judys and retro brakes couldn't hack a set of black diamond downhill stone slabs last month.

Came away lucky with just a bruised ego and bent front rims...

Cheers!

but did you taco both wheels?

They say first thing to go with age is speed/reaction time, but it's compensated with knowledge. Listen to your knowledge, or take yoga to stay nice and limber.

clavicle breaks suck; wishing you a speedy recovery.

ps. also, old man strength helps support bones, so hit the weights...and yoga ;)
