They should all work, and better than the Sachs one. The looks however ...
Quality is also not the best, but as per Sheldon Brown it´s the least important bearing on a bike, only used when freewheeling.
Dura Ace MF 7400 was another popular (high quality) choice, but the cogs are UG, so not as smooth shifting as the cheapos. And kinda hard to find in MTB tooth count.
Suntour also made Powerflo freewheels, can´t comment on performace there as I´ve not yet tried the one I have.
I´d try the Sachs with the Sedis chain first, they should work ok togther?
Edit: Sorry got confused with the posts @ratcapa made. Read the above "to whom it might concern"
Getting the dish right on the back wheel took a bit of time but for a first try I’m pretty pleased. I think I might take a wheel building course in the New Year as I quite enjoyed it.
Used to hot air gun to re-melt the wax bloom on the tyres and I just need to install the freewheel.
Now that I have wheels, I thought I’d do the brakes but I discovered yesterday that I’d bought Tioga BMX cables and they’re not long enough for the back.
Finally found the seatpost and chainrings which has meant I’ve been able to make some good progress on the build.
The lubricant in the freewheel is very sticky which isn’t surprising given that it’s NOS but there’s quite a bit of chain sag when peddling backwards… Good job it’s a e-stay!
