Removed the front derailleur pulley.

With the swing arm out of the way you can see that there’s another grub screw lurking in there.

Getting that out caused some stress. The Allen key I’d used to remove the others wouldn’t fit and I even tried filling it down with a multi too but with no success.

Eventually I tried a Torx bit and it was easy. The press was too short, so I had to “drift” it out using an adjustable spanner as a hammer!

Fully dismantled.

…and as a bonus it fits in the suitcase.

Only problem I have now is that the payment for the storage at my friends mother in laws is that she’s given me a massive food parcel to take back and I don’t have room…

Going to need another bag but not as big as originally thought.
