Thing of beauty to the right person.

My mate swears it's a 19" frame (he always rides 19") however when I measure centre of BB to top of seat tube it comes out a 22" (this could be 1994 geometry for you?)

Totally One of my pet Grrrrr's - people who dont clean their stuff before selling or attempting to sell.

A dirty bike might indicate other hidden problems :?

the elastomers in the forks are probably gone too... but it definitely has potential

True, but then where's the fun in buying a minty bike that needs no work doing to it? My "tinkering instincts" would be severely affected
