Delta V2000 f+f £75 needs some TLC REDUCED NOW £60 collected (Birmingham)

Bought this as project but it's a bit too much for an amateur like me

First the good bits stripped the forks & tidied them up,holding air & smooth plush 2" travel (very light)

Now the Bad stripped the frame & discovered someone had been busy with the filler & hidden a dent in the top tube,was going to go for a polished finish but thats going to require more than i'm prepared to invest (can be filled with solder by a professional)
Or drilled & pulled out which would affect strength
Or you can refill it & spray.
Amazingly light f+f and Cannondales first full suspension bike, a real peice of history.
Any offers, advise or questions welcome.

I'm confused, is this £75 for the fork, and offers on the frame, or £75 for both? sorry, i'm a bit dim..
