So here is Yeti´s bastard child. The Aluminium Yeti Fro. It has the loop stay and the cool cable housing stuff, but 1 1/8 head tube and no wishbone. From what my Yeti collector friend says it is handmade in Durango, but of a lesser aluminum than. Either way it is a pretty cool frame, and it will probably be pretty cool built up. And its a lot cheaper than a lot of other Yetis. My plan was to build this as a "older" build. It's V brakes only, but the plan was Avid Arch supreme, but Manitou M2 and M735.
Specs:
-1 1/8 headtube
-26.8 seat post ( I have a nice control tech that can be had for 50 EUR if you buy the bike)
-V-brake only, but I first had a plan to ad a Dia Compe straddle thingy to the seat post binder like on the Fat Chances. So it is possible with Cantis
-These didn't crack like the rest of the Yeti Alu´s
Included:
-Frame
-Manitou M2 in pretty nice working order
-Seat post colar thingy.
Price is: 350EUR for the lot. + Shipping. Located in Oslo, Norway.
Ride to your local pub in style. It will be a very nice cruiser built up.
Senter BB to senter top tube: 42cm
Senter seat post to senter headtube: 57cm
