Nice bike - what's the top tube length please

Top tube is 23" c-c

Seat tube 19" c-c

And to answer some other questions, bike is located South Cheshire.
The tyres are "GEAX - Blade 200" size 26x2"
The chainrings are the as far as i know the original's and appear to be bronze annodized.

Wow, time warp condition and the same bike I had in 1991. Thankfully for me it's too small but that's a really great buy for someone.
