Front derailleur

Hi all, I'm in need of a front derailleur. The frame is roughly 28.7mm and the cable hangs down the seat tube. Not sure if this is top pull. I have a new Alivio 42.32.22 crank to go on. The bike is seven speed and if you have the rear I'll consider that also.

The frame will be for a 28.6 mate and if the cable hangs down the seat tube, it is indeed a top pull mech that you need. I've PM'd you back about the XT one I have.

I'll check my box as I have three or so front mechs, so 28.6 and top pull. Will get back to you.
