Frame identification assistance required.

Good evening all,

I’ve just got hold of the frame below for my first potential bike restoration but I’ve know idea what I’ve purchased. My gut feeling is that it’s an ok frame and possibly worth the time and effort or have I bought something that’s not really worth it. Although it has Jack Taylor decals I’m convinced it’s been resprayed.

Apologies if this bike has been on here recently but I’m new to this forum so unaware.

Frame no. C2762 on bottom bracket. A472 around seat stay.

Zeus Dropouts front and rear as per comment below.

Classy looking frame . Are the rear dropouts Zeus as well? Any pics of the fork crown and the seat stay cluster I'm thinking late 60's early 70's as there is a lack of braze ons.

Many thanks for your reply. Seat stay added and I’ll check the rear dropouts tomorrow as well as adding the fork detail.

Any idea on the manufacturer?

The 72 stamped on the seat lug is likely the angle of the lug.

Ron Kit was a Zeus importer so might have had a hand in it?
