Looks to me like one of those generic aluminium frames (probably Taiwanese?) that were doing the rounds in various guises in the early/mid 90's. A 'Coyote' brand springs to mind as one of them?

Aluminium frame with threaded steerer fork, places it as 1990-97(ish).

Non-replaceable gear-hanger means 'possibly' something generic and low-end. Or possibly not. But very likely mass-produced in Taiwan, with a 'manufacturer' sticker stuck on it. I couldn't identify it from what I can see. Sorry.
