Hi
I wonder if anyone can help me in identifying this frame. It's badly red prayed and some dodgy looking orange stickers have been applied. Low end components but an unusual frame...Can anyone help. I've attached some pics but pretty clueless with tech so fingers crossed. Regards Andy

Can we see the seat tube cluster a bit closer please? Tempted to think early Orange from the long seat lug but I'm by no means an expert ... or even a competent amateur!

I'm tempted to say that the seat tube looks to have been repaired based on the 'lug' as it has been called, especially as the chain stays have been repainted too, perhaps to protect the repair from the bb, stay, seat tube junction.

Could be wrong of course.

The original paint is the silver of the chain stays and a thin coat of blue has been blown on to the rest of the frame.

Interesting frame suspect it's too early to be an orange.

Give the frame a flick with a finger nail - does it thud or ting? I'm guessing something mid-high level Far Eastern build from the mid-late 80's but not custom judging by the welds - although that 'lug' is a puzzler.
