Frame Brand ID, Help

Hello I just bought this frame a few weeks ago, can anybody help me identify the brand or something about it, I'll apriciety it a lot. Thanks everyone

The headbadge is Colnago which is Italian so if the bottom bracket shell is 70mm wide it's Italian home market model but if 68mm then likely model for release in UK and USA. Beyond that I know nothing and likely another knowledgeable person on here will tell you so much more
