Mystery frame - retro road bike

I was also thinking about Belgium. I found similar looking bikes from Venturelli, Gironelli and Ampelia but it looks like it's impossible to identify.

I just dug up a few pictures of a Venturelli I once owned, and there are similarities:

Maybe i will shoot my shot and try to contact him too. I see that this shop still exists. I bought this bike for 50$ to strip it down from components but it would be nice to restore it and give it a second life.
 
You were right, it's Belgium manufacture called Minerva. Probably Columbus aelle tubing.

BTW, the tubing could also be Minerva's own 'tubi speciale in acaio', like with this Minerva-built Cycles Tuyttens:

Someone on mystery frames Facebook group send me an offer from eBay de i think with listing of this bike. I'm 100% sure it's the same one as mine. Now i think that it needs to get restored because you don't get to see them often.
