Hi guys,

Thank you so much for your assistance today, I have no memory of the crash. I remember chasing Del one minute and being loaded into the ambulance the next! I have a very sore but not broken shoulder, a bruised cheek and a sore head, a lucky escape. Hopefully get out on the bike with Ed tomorrow.
