That you have 45 max days with paypal and 60 with e-bay to complain about a sellers goods that you have bought. After that period as i found they drop you like a hot some thing or other :twisted: And that you have to complain to the e-bay that you purchased from.

the complaints systems are only extensions to your statutory rights, can always use the good old legal system to sort stuff out,

Only had one serious problem with an ebay purchase. Some years ago - an expensive pro camera not as described (knackered). If you have a friendly local cop shop don't ignore them - a very helpful WPC there gave the seller a ring and reminded him of his legal obligations. Got sorted out immediately after that...

best to use a credit card through paypal for international purchases, the credit card company is jointly liable under the consumer credit act,
