The chainset should be mounted on the bottom "bottom bracket" for tall ffolk - as it is, its a medium bike with little risk of pedal strike!

Assuming it's one of those 800mm posts (like on a brompton. Bars might end up a bit low though, unless it's also a Giraffe quill stem!

Not sure about the effect of braking with that sus fork
