I have been looking at these pictures for a while now. It takes time to work out how it folds, and where. You would need some practice to be able fold it, I suspect. I still don't know where the "downtube" goes when it folds.

One thing that strikes me is it will have a lot of pivot points, or attachments like the upper connection on the head tube. This may be why they never built it, too complicated. Most of the folders in the thread stop at three folds. That said, folded it looks very clean. Clever design? Would it sell if it was made today?
