Flite saddles - are they the 'law'?

used them before, but they arent comfortable to me, so I have Selle (Salsa special edition) on the Salsa, Bonty C30 Ti on the Bonty, Neon Turbo on the cruiser. and to me they all look right with the builds, a Flite would not look any better, nor would it fit in any better with the builds.

so there.

The Flite Police are on their way......

Hey Pickle, no havn't killed it just retired it. Long story but I cant warrant having a large fleet of bikes so settled on three - Control Tech Carbon for Road Training, Yeti ASR(still waiting to be bought back from the USA) for Fun, and a Kona Hei Hei for Retro.

Basically the opportunity came up to buy a very special 2002 Yeti ASR, so then decided that I didnt need two full suspensions. At the Cannock meet missmyfat put me in touch with a guy who had a Hei Hei for sale so my stable was decided as an Off Road Full suspension, Off Road Hardtail and On Road "showbike". Had to retire the Proflex, its gonna be cleaned up and put on the wall in my garage. Decided not to sell it as they are not really worth much, and I have owned it from new so it will stay with me. Besides it was getting a bit creaky........

Flite saddles

Flites are cool but once you've toured on a Rolls you don't look back! Over 20 years I've had smooth, suade, cracked effect and even non-slip stitched but appearances aside it's the fit that counts. Two MTB's, one road bike and the tandem at present, they've all got them!

I've only ridden on a flite for the last 15 years I would say. I bought one in '92/3 when I bent the rails on my Explosif's Avocet, and am still using it. Comfy, probably because that's all I've ridden for so long.

Flites are the rule on anything post 1991. Pre 1990 a Turbo or my personal favourite the Rolls! Especially all of the above in white

Its not the law. More guide lines really.

No! They are laws, and you'd better believe it.

Admittedly the enforcement side is a bit rubbish....................

What do your neighbours say when you put on your enforcer gear and run around the back garden ?

(Rolls fan here BTW!)
