That is apparently the colour of my 1989 Rotrax that has just been restored for me by one of the fine members of this very site, I bought it as one of a pair that had been made by the Shirley company for a couple who toured France on them in the 90's and into the early 2000s. It sports a Golden Arrow groupset, Weinmann brakes and Mavic rims and is now a very beautiful smooth ride with a fine patina finish in a magnificent faded Flaymboyant Kingfisher enamel.
