The white forks in the OP look just like On-One forks. It's possible to buy those with cantilever bosses. Or at least it used to be possible. Can't even see them on the Planet X website anymore.

Plus once the steerer is cut down they are 4 oz lighter. For my every day/work rider very happy with them
