Finally a good tip find!!

Makes me cry that people:
a) Get no pleasure from riding something like that
b) Are lazy and stupid enough to take it to the tip.

I'm going to be angry all day.

I have one of those (actually a 1990, not 92) and it's still my favourite bike. I have toured on four continents on it.

Nice find Bill....a mate of mine who used to work round the corner for your old 'enemy' (Endless Summer ) has still got a VERY minty Bear Valley from back then, his missus has also got a GT Talera that's still got the hairs on the tyres :shock: :shock:

Went to the tip on Saturday.

There was a rusty Emelle with no rear wheel.

whats his name mate? a few of the endless summer guys came and worked for us after claytons closed it down. Im still mates with Alex Marshall and Carl Lomax who worked at endless Nad of coures Cy turner who worked there and with us for a bit.

yes - I did go to the tip today, to drop off to shagged frames...

yes - I did find something:

two wheels worth of neatly wrapped stainless spokes from some blokes shed clearout....

could have picked up a mint raleigh amazon with green splatter finish, hairy amberwalls and 100GS....

But I didnt. Not today.

Now this is just unfair, after all these Tip postings, I went to one of my local ones and all I could find where Kiddie bikes and Trikes!
