Is that the bright yellow luminous one? I think its a safety thing - rescuers can spot him quickly after he's flung himself at the scenery.

think me an Rob doing wee coastal route this sunday if anybody fancies it.

Start in kirkcaldy bevridge park - Cardenden hill or route along A92 eastwards - back to kirkcaldy sea front along coastal path to kinghorn etc then back to kirkclady and a wee play in middleden.

probably a good 20miles or so meet 10am bevridge park carpark.

I'll be on opposite side of forth doing a coastal run although i'll be right at waters edge with the fat bike crew. Saturday, North Berwick to Gullane and back with Chips and Icecream stops thrown in, it is the seaside afterall
