'Twas only a matter of time afore us Fifers, deservedly, got a thread aw tae oorselves.

You already did have so not sure why renaming it was needed. Maybe putting a fence with watch towers, floodlights the odd inward pointing machine gun and minefields around both it and Kelty Wids would be beneficial too all

Re:

velo, the renaming is meant to be a pisstake at Fifers expense by, no I won't name him ;) , a certain Mod.
Thing is, we've now got oor ain thread again. Result.

Nae need for fences, lights, guns, etc, ye don't need tae keep us in, why would we want to leave the riding paradise that is Kelty Wids?

In fact ye'll need tae get up here and ride the old trails and the new ones that Keith and I have made, there's loads of other new stuff as well made by others.

You're anither wan that needs tae come oot wi' us tae Blairadam to ride the new stuff we've done.
I promise to limit Keith and I's trail construction activities while you are with us, I know ye get fed up no daeing anything while we disappear in a cloud of pine needles, dirt and bits o' wid.

We can present to you the newly completed Totem to Triangle trail courtesy of ZZ/OCP/Shed.

Was up there this evening with wheelbarrow, shovel, spade and chainsaw. Dug out some of the mud on the approach to the wee burn crossing and put in 4 wheelbarrow loads of hardcore and big stones, will need to be ridden to see how it's going to stand up to use. At least it's no 6" of gloopy mud anymore, that was the result of just a couple of dozen bike runs going down it the last 2 Sundays.
Also cut the fallen tree that had forced us to take trail out to edge of the forest road then back in again. Cleared new line to join up the existing trail so it just needs ridden to see if it needs to be adjusted. It was getting dark by the time I finished so maybe it'll look different in the daylight.

Re:

Thanks, I also posted on the TrailScotland Blairadam thread as you had mentioned the trail and said it needed the muddy sectioned sorted.
Might try for run up there tomorrow if it's no pishing down.

Rob yer making me blush, aye right.
