Ave been hingin by a threed in the ICU since Saturday morning with man flu/cauld a strain that no mere mortal could cope with but you'll no be surprised to hear a'm pullin through so should be OK for Sunday :mrgreen:

Glad you're feeling better Rob. I've had a sinus infection for about a month, I think it's finally going away, enjoying being able to breath through my nose once more. You got a new car?

Mornin! Well, at the moment I'm running through my week long morning cold ritual of cough, spit, sneeze, blow, (repeat) so yes I've still got the cold. This started on the 17th and I had the flu jag in October so I'd best leave it today BUT that wont maintain my mental wellbeing not get out on the bike catch 22 :facepalm:
