In my younger days I had more than I should have "I wish I wis deid" Sunday mornings after being on the piss in Edinburgh after a Scotland game at Murrayfield.

Back o 3 last night efter an oasis tribute in Dunfy and I feckin hate oasis as well.

The Piss Heid cried off as I was climbing up Letham Hill and just as I was getting into my stride screaming back doon Rob texts about the Piss Heid crying off. I had a great time mucking about on both sides Forth. Had a wee go of the Vat woods trails in S.Queensferry. Very small, a few good bits but doesnae flow, needs professional design. :D

Depends which 'professionals' you get. The Falkirk Callendar trails folks just built some table-tops and wee berms at the very top of the 'red' climb, just as it levels out. Only a couple of problems... 1. There is no transition, so no time to catch your breathe, and 2. The trail is barely heading downwards, so you're getting no help from gravity either. They've actually made it worse. Such a shame, they've obviously got money.
