mmmm, the number mentioned here was £250,000 with 100k (or even a bit more I forget) there after, which is either a considerable difference or human error misprint.

To be fair though, whilst the point I was making was more that the brand was Sold on, and less about the killing, Given what Keith Bontrager had to say ref his company, it wouldn't surprise me at all the pound was misprinted here instead of the Dollar, and the company was indeed on its Knees.

Would go some way to explaining the current start up scenario too.

As far as I know, it was free for anyone to take early last year.

Interesting, I had read many posts on Fatcogs stating that the founder backer (il respectfully not mention their name) still owned the rights. Glad Chris decided to relaunch it. Doubt it would have worked as just a side rebrand for a main player.
