Falcon Panther

The transfers are early 80s, the bike is 50s. Top of the seatstays is distinctive - see if you can get a veteran cycle club expert to tell you.
With those large numbers you'd assume it's a well known maker.
Round blade forks were a feature of track bikes, so perhaps the builder did track and race
 
I know next to nothing about older frames or parts so started to look online at different lug forms, fork crowns etc..round section fork blades came up as primarily for track as you say...thank you for your help
Taken headset cups out, frame weighs just over 4lbs...continuing to sand frame
 
What years were those type of blades used?
Noticed that lug 'shorelines' nicely finished, smooth, no sharp edges
