Introducing a new(ish) project, can I restore this 70s racing bike in under 2 weeks, on a budget of £120? Let's find out
I have bought all my new paint and parts (except for the decals) and am in the process of stripping it down, more videos and pics to follow soon

Best of luck with the work....especially with that paint A tip for the chrome is foil with Lemon and white vinegar. A cloth wheel bit to a drill and some metal polish all on a shoestring budget will get the best from the metal work and kill off the rust.

And here is part three, shot a few days ago, where I got some primer on the forks, today is my day off work, so I shall be filming part 4 today Weather doesn't look promising so I may just do mechanical things today and wait for a better day to paint, did some calculations and it looks like we're going to be over budget as well as over time :/

The decals have arrived, I am ready to paint the frame today and have all the parts I need to complete the resto (well except from cable outers) Wish me luck!

Also repacked the front hub, polished the rim and fitted new tyre and tube

Did you also spray the forks? Or are they chrome?
