Not being a cyclist I’m in the unfortunate position of not knowing what I’m dealing with!
Everything on the bike seems to work OK and it’s clean and tidy.
Our postcode is TS7 0JL, would anyone be prepared to offer me £100 for the Falcon

While it does look tidy, it is an entry level bike, with entry level parts. I don't know what the market is like in your area, but I fear your asking price may be a bit optimistic.
Providing the most important measurements, i.e. seat tube and top tube lengths, will help finding the right buyer.

I think there are two types of potential customers for this particular bike.
One is looking for something cheap that doesn't require any work, to see what it is like to ride a vintage racing bike. These are probably easiest to find.
The other is someone more experienced who would mainly be interested in the frame set because of its size and geometry. This is probably a small group but, fitted with nicer parts, a pair of mudguards and a set of nice supple tires, such a bike could make a nice commuter or Sunday tourer.
One thing I'd do is raise the saddle a couple of inches and tilt it back a bit so it sits level with the ground. It will immediately look better.

As it is an entry level bike I may be better advertising on EBay or even Gumtree.
My original thought was to keep the bike but at only 5’ 6” I would need a mounting block!
Having measured the frame it is quite big!
